All GrabGuides products are digital downloads (PDF files). After a successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to download your file. No physical goods are shipped.
You are responsible for ensuring your device can open PDF files. Most modern smartphones, tablets, and computers can open PDFs natively or with a free app.
Not happy with your purchase? We offer a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.
If you are not satisfied with your guide for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email us at orders@grabguides.com with your order details and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After 30 days from the purchase date, sales are final and refunds are not available.
When you purchase a GrabGuides product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the guide for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
